The main challenge was to create a dynamic around physical activity, in order to improve the health of our employees and strengthen cohesion.

Specific needs

We wanted an inclusive solution in the choice of activities, so that each and every one of our employees could participate fully and feel involved. It's essential to us that everyone can have fun and get involved, whatever their level of fitness or preferences. At the same time, we wanted to make our teams aware of the importance of physical activity in their daily lives and for their overall health.

SPART solution

Deployment of a season focused mainly on cohesion, with a red thread of physical activity and fun challenges to mobilize all employees to get moving on a daily basis.
