Healthy and delicious granola-style cereal bars

Granola-style cereal bars 🌰🍫🤎
Looking for a homemade snack that's healthy, indulgent and easy to prepare? These granola-style cereal bars are perfect! This recipe combines crunch and sweetness for an energizing, tasty break. Enjoy for breakfast, after sport or as a healthy snack! 😋
Ingredients for 8 bars :
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter or other oil-based puree
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 8 to 10 tablespoons rolled oats
- Oleaginous fruits of your choice: hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts
- Seeds of your choice: sesame, chia, flax, squash....
- Chocolate and a little fleur de sel
Recipe:
1) Mix the ingredients together, adding the oats a little at a time, until you obtain a smooth, fairly compact paste.
2) Bake for 20min at 180°C in a cake tin.
3) After baking, add a little melted chocolate and fleur de sel on top.
4) Refrigerate until ready to eat, then cut into bars.
