Crispy carrot fries & yogurt sauce - honey 🥕🍯
They are perfect for an aperitif or to accompany a burger, for example 🍔
Ingredients for 2 people :
- 3 to 4 carrots
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (in this case Panko breadcrumbs)
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder, paprika or cumin
- 1 tsp herbes de Provence or oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe:
1) Peel and wash the carrots. Cut into sticks and add to a salad bowl. Season with salt, pepper, curry powder and herbes de Provence.
2) Add flour, breadcrumbs and olive oil.
3) Mix well in a bowl and bake for 20 min at 190°C in the air fryer or 15 min in the oven at 200°C.
4) To make the sauce: in a ramekin, mix a pot of fromage frais or Greek yoghurt (100g), 1 tsp fromage frais, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tbsp honey, a little salt, pepper and herbes de Provence (optional: a little hot pepper).
