Granola cakes: a quick and easy recipe

Granola cakes 🍪

Ingredients for 8/9 cakes:

- 100g rolled oats

- 2 tablespoons peanut butter

- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

- 2 tablespoons no-sugar-added applesauce

- Oleaginous fruits of your choice: almonds, walnuts, cashews...

- Seeds of your choice: sesame, chia, flax...

- Optional: chocolate, a pinch of fleur de sel

Recipe:

1) Preheat oven to 200°C

2) Mix all ingredients together (except chocolate and fleur de sel).

3) Form the cakes on a baking sheet

4) Bake 15min at 200°C

5) Optional: after baking, dip half the cakes in chocolate and add a little fleur de sel.

Balanced diet: accompany cakes with a seasonal fruit, a dairy product and a hot or cold drink.
