MINI SQUASH STUFFED WITH QUINOA - HAM - COMTE
Jack be little, also known as pomarines 🎃 look like a pumpkin but much smaller and too cute! 🥰
It's one of the tastiest squashes, thanks to its firm flesh.
Ingredients for 2 persons :
- 4 Jack Be Little squash
- 100g quinoa
- 100g ham matches
- 1 shallot
- 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
- 100g Comté cheese
Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Cut the tops off the Jack Be Little to make little hats. Remove the flesh with a tablespoon. If you can't do this, simply brush them with olive oil and pre-bake for 20 min in the oven, making it easier to remove them afterwards.
- Peel and finely dice a shallot. Brown in a frying pan. Add ham and brown 4-5 min.
- Then, in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of crème fraiche, followed by the Comté cheese.
- Once the squash are cooked, hollow out the insides.
Add the mixture to each squash and return to the oven to bake for 15 min.
