Mini chocolate marbrés: a light and tasty recipe
Mini chocolate marbrés 🍫🧁
Food balance: depending on your needs and hunger level, you can accompany one to two marbrés with a seasonal fruit and yogurt
Ingredients:
- 100g cottage cheese or 100g no-sugar-added apple compote
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 130g flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 80ml milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free bitter cocoa
- Optional: crushed dark chocolate
Recipe:
1) Mix the eggs, fromage blanc, honey, flour, baking powder and milk in a bowl.
2) Divide the mixture in two and add the cocoa powder to one of them.
3) Pour into financial moulds, alternating between the 2 doughs, and add the crushed chocolate.
4) Bake for 20 min at 190°C (watch from 15 min: baking time depends on oven)
