Overnight oats are the quick, healthy, customizable breakfast that can be prepared the night before for stress-free mornings full of flavor. 🥣🌟
Ingredients for one overnight oats:
- 40 to 50g oatmeal (depending on nutritional needs / hunger level)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100-150ml water or milk
- 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
👉 Mix everything in a jar/bowl
Trim :
- 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
- Mix 1 tablespoon almond (or hazelnut) purée, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
👉 Pour the cottage cheese over the preparation then pour the almond-cinnamon-vanilla mixture
To replace the filling, you can also add fruit, oilseeds, jam, chocolate...
