Homemade bread rolls: the 3-ingredient express recipe
Buns 3 ingredients 🥯🍳
Ingredients for 4/5 buns:
- 200g flour
- 300g fromage frais 3% fat (3 jars)
- 1 sachet baking powder
- salt (optional: pepper)
Recipe:
1) Mix flour, baking powder, salt and fromage blanc until a ball of non-sticky dough forms, either by hand or in a food processor. Don't hesitate to add flour a little at a time until you obtain a dough ball that holds together.
2) Bake for 20 min at 190°C (check with the tip of a knife).
Topping ideas:

👉🏻 fromage frais (type saint Moret / carrés frais) + scrambled eggs 🍳
👉🏻 avocado + fried egg
👉🏻 fromage frais + ham
👉🏻 almond puree + an apple 🍎
