SPART is an application developed by 66Origin.

This page is used to inform visitors of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information should anyone choose to use our service.

If you choose to use our service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The personal information we collect is used to provide and improve the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone else except as described in this privacy policy.

If you connect your Google account to the SPART app, we will collect and record your daily walking miles from Google Fit.
The data collected is linked to the user and is not anonymized.

We do not collect anything other than step activity from Google Fit.
The data collected enables SPART to provide the following app features:
- Display your daily walking miles on your profile screen.
- Complete challenges that require X kilometers of walking or running.
- Earn XP and levels based on your kilometers walked.

All Google Fit data collected from the SPART application will be stored in our database.
We will retain your Google Fit data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

When your SPART account is deleted, your Google Fit data will also be deleted.
We will not use this data for promotional emails and resale and this data will not be shared with any third party services.

We would like to inform you that every time you use our service, in case of an error in the application, we collect data and information (via third party products) on your phone, called log data. This log data may include information such as the Internet Protocol ("IP") address of your device, device name, operating system version, application configuration when using our service, time and date of your use of the service and other statistics.

Cookies are files containing a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and are stored in your device's internal memory.

This Service does not explicitly use these "cookies". However, the application may use third party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services.
