Ultra creamy coral lentil dahl 🥘✨

Ingredients for 4 people:

- 1 onion

- 1 tsp paprika / 1 tsp curry / 1 tsp decumin / / 1/2 tsp ginger

- Salt and pepper

- 1 case tomato paste

- 200g coral lentils

- 200ml coconut milk or cream

- 400ml water (adjust according to texture)

- 100g fresh spinach

- Coriander or mint

Recipe:

1) Brown the onion, spices, salt, pepper, tomato paste and spinach in an oiled frying pan.

2) Add the coral lentils and sauté for a few minutes.

3) Stir in the water and coconut milk and sauté for about 20 minutes.
