Crispy and tasty chickpea croquettes

Ultra crispy chickpea croquettes 🧆🧀
Looking for a simple, crunchy and tasty recipe? These chickpea croquettes are perfect for a gourmet, balanced meal! They're rich in protein and full of flavor. 😋
Ingredients for 5/6 chickpea croquettes :
- 130g canned chickpeas
- 1/2 red onion (alternatively, 1 shallot or garlic clove)
- 1 handful grated cheese
- 1 handful spinach shoots (optional)
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons basil
- Salt, pepper, curry powder, paprika and cumin
Recipe:
1) Blend all the ingredients together (depending on the power of the blender: first crush the chickpeas with a fork).
2) Cook the croquettes in a frying pan with oil or in the air fryer for 15min at 200°C.
🧆For a balanced meal, serve these little croquettes with semolina, yoghurt sauce and lamb's lettuce.
