Brownie-style energy balls: the healthy and delicious recipe

Energy balls brownie style 🍫
Ingredients for 13/14 balls:
- 100g mixed oat flakes
- 50g hazelnut powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free cocoa powder
- 1 case of honey
- 40-50g peanut butter
- Crushed chocolate pieces and ½ chocolate bar
- 100ml milk
Recipe:
1) Combine mixed oats, hazelnut powder, sugar-free cocoa and chocolate pieces.
2) Add honey and peanut butter.
3) Pour in the milk. If the dough is not homogeneous enough, you can add a little more milk.
4) Form small balls.
5) Freeze for 15 min. Meanwhile, melt some chocolate in a bain-marie (about 1/2 bar).
6) Coat the balls in the melted chocolate. You can add a little fleur de sel on top for a touch of sweetness.
7) Chill before serving.
