Chocolate & peanut butter custard: a gourmet recipe

Chocolate & peanut butter custard 🍫

Ingredients for 4 portions:

- 2 eggs

- 2 pots of yoghurt, Greek yoghurt or fromage blanc

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

- 30g cornflour

- 1/2 bar dark chocolate

- Optional: 1 tablespoon peanut butter (to put on top after cooking)

Recipe:

1) Mix all the ingredients together and add the ½ bar of crushed chocolate.

2) Bake for approx. 25-30 min at 190°C (depending on oven).

3) Add the peanut butter on top.


Balanced diet: accompany a portion with a piece of seasonal fruit and a hot or cold drink (tea, herbal tea, water...).
