Salmon, ricotta & spinach flan: an easy and delicious recipe

Salmon, ricotta & spinach flan
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 to 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 salmon steaks (frozen or fresh)
Alternatives: chicken, turkey, tofu, lentils...
- 2 large handfuls spinach shoots (or other vegetables: mushrooms, carrots, zucchinis, etc.)
- 1 whole jar ricotta
- ½ white onion
- Optional: a little Comté or grated Gruyère cheese on top
- Salt and pepper
Recipe:
1) Preheat oven to 190°C
2) Brown the onion and salmon in a frying pan.
3) Crumble the salmon and add the spinach and ricotta.
4) Add eggs, flour, salt and pepper off the heat.
5) Pour the mixture into a cake tin
6) Bake for 25/30 min at 190°C
