Pasta with broccoli cream: a healthy and tasty recipe

Pasta with broccoli cream 🥦🍝
Ingredients for 2 people :
- 200g cooked pasta
- 200g frozen broccoli (thaw first)
- 1/2 red onion
- 100g Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
- 1/2 block of feta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons pasta cooking water
- Salt and pepper
Recipe:
1) Cook the pasta and recover 3 tablespoons of cooking water.
2) Finely chop the onion and broccoli and crumble the feta.
3) Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
4) Pour sauce over pasta.
👉 You can also add a protein source such as chicken breast, cod or eggs.
