Crisp autumn vegetable and tomme tart
Crisp autumn vegetable and tomme tart 🥧🍯🥕
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of filo sheets
- 3 eggs
- 120g Greek yoghurt or 100ml milk
- Salt, pepper, herbes de Provence or other spices/aromatic herbs of your choice
- Vegetables: you can use any vegetables you like, here: 1/2 butternut / 2 carrots / 3 mushrooms / 1/2 red onion
- Tomme or other cheese of your choice: comté, feta, mozzarella, emmental...
Recipe:
1) Cut vegetables and cheese into thin slices.
2) In an ovenproof dish, arrange the filo sheets accordion-style, then place the vegetable and cheese slices in the folds.
3) Mix the eggs, yoghurt, salt, pepper and herbes de Provence together and pour in the mixture.
4) Bake for 30min at 190°C.
